Edna Quinby Morgan, born October 22, 1913 in Charleston. She obtained her bacherlor's in Education at College of Charleston, then a master's at Peabody. She became a high school teacher in Effingham County, Georgia. She is the author of a biography of early Georgia govenor John Adam Treutlen.
